Item is 14" across. Most of the stickers are good. The purple road has some wear closer to the big house as shown in photos. Items flip open and closed. Looks like maybe towards the beach there are a couple round openings that may have had something broken off. No tent. No major color fade. No cracks or chips. Comes with what is shown in photos.
